Since this journey requires advance arrangements such as boat allocation, forest department permits, accommodation, and coordination with local guides, all cancellations are governed by specific terms and conditions.
General Cancellation Terms
Cancellations due to personal reasons, including changes in travel plans, health issues, or scheduling conflicts, fall under standard cancellation rules. In such cases, the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking confirmation will be strictly followed.
We strongly recommend that guests carefully read this cancellation policy before confirming their booking. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures a smooth, transparent, and worry-free travel experience.
How to Cancel Your Booking
If you wish to cancel your tour package after booking due to unavoidable circumstances or any other reason, you must inform our company via email or phone. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the notification through email or phone.
Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the travel date, you will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
- If you cancel up to 15 days before the travel date, you will receive a refund of 30% of the advance payment.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the travel date, no refund of the advance payment will be provided.
Refund Processing Time
According to this policy, the refundable amount will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made only through online transfer to the same account from which the payment was originally received.
